Welcome to Good Hope Resort
Good Hope Resort is a natural lake resort located just 15 minutes out of Yass, NSW on Lake Burrinjuck. A peaceful and rustic location, we offer caravaning, cabins and camping spaces right on the water. Good Hope is a great spot for relaxing, exploring, fishing, motorbike riding, water sports and boating.

About Good Hope Resort
Good Hope Resort is located on the Murrumbidgee River arm of Lake Burrinjuck and offers day/weekend/week entry for yourself and your car, boat and ski launching, fishing, motorbike riding and accommodation types for all budgets. Boat launching is available off the riverbank (water level permitted) and sporting activities are welcomed such as water skiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding and biscuits. Good Hope Resort also has the most amazing view of the stars, the clarity will simply amaze you!

Gift Shop & Cafe
Good Hope Resort reception has a range of boutique Gingerlilly pajamas and slippers for sale, as well as mugs and scented candles for a little luxury at Good Hope.
The reception cafe sells Peters ice creams, 2L milk if you run out of supplies, and take away espresso coffee – all available for purchase during reception opening hours.

Resort Facilities
Public amenities for campers and caravans are dotted around the park, which include hot showers and toilet blocks, as well as laundry facilities (washing machines, dryers, ironing board, clothes line). Change for the showers, washing machines and dryers are available from reception.
Mobile phone service is limited in the park, but if you do get reception, mobile pre-paid recharge cards can also be purchased at Reception.

Fossils & Research
Good Hope Resort is located in a naturally gifted fossil park. Historically, the fossils tell us that the Burrinjuck area was once under the sea.
Good Hope recommends visits, research and field trips for years 7 – 12 students and University groups who are independent or cared for by teachers. For overnight or weekend stays, our fully self-contained cabin accommodation can sleep up to 35 people (or 45 with two in double-beds), alternately we have many camp sites available in the park or on the riverfront.
